Booking modifications
You can change your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before of the booked time, subject to park availability. The change request must be communicated via email to info@lakecomoadventurepark.com or via WhatsApp at +39 389 552 7781.
Cancellation by Lake Como Adventure Park
In case of bad weather or force majeure, Lake Como Adventure Park reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such an eventuality, the customer may choose between:
- the receipt of a voucher of equal value as the reservation, valid for 1 year from the date of issue;
- or the full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation by the client
If the customer wishes to cancel the reservation for any other reason:
- will be offered a voucher of equal value to the reservation, valid for 1 year from the date of issue;
alternatively, if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid will be granted.oppure, in alternativa, se la cancellazione avviene almeno 7 giorni prima della data prevista, sarà possibile ottenere un rimborso parziale pari al 50% dell’importo pagato.
Failure to Show (“No Show”)
In case of no-show without prior notice, the customer shall not be entitled to any refund or the issuance of a voucher.
Coupons
Vouchers issued as a result of cancellation: Vouchers provided as credit or compensation as a result of the cancellation of a previous reservation are non-refundable and are in no case subject to the right of withdrawal. It will not be possible to convert them into money.
Vouchers purchased online: For the purchase of new vouchers and vouchers not tied to a specific date, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days of purchase.
