How to use Black Friday vouchers purchased
Black Friday promotions are over, but if you purchased the vouchers -30% o -50%, here you will find all the information you need to use them correctly.
Where to use the vouchers
Black Friday vouchers cannot be used for online reservations. They can be used exclusively at the ticket office, on the day of the visit and while spaces last.
Validity of vouchers
Both types of vouchers are:
– Valid for one year from the date of purchase
– Usable only at the ticket office and not through the online reservation system
– Not convertible to other forms of reservation
Dates when vouchers are NOT redeemable
Coupon -30%: not usable in the months of July and August.
Coupon -50%: not redeemable from April 4 to April 12 inclusive and from June 22 to September 6 inclusive.
