Booking modifications<\/b><\/h3>

You can change your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before<\/span><\/strong> of the booked time, subject to park availability. The change request must be communicated via email<\/span><\/strong> to info@lakecomoadventurepark.com or via WhatsApp<\/span><\/strong> at +39 389 552 7781.<\/p>

Cancellation by Lake Como Adventure Park<\/b><\/h3>

In case of bad weather or force majeure, Lake Como Adventure Park<\/span><\/strong> reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such an eventuality, the customer may choose between:<\/p>

  • the receipt of a voucher<\/span><\/strong> of equal value as the reservation, valid for 1 year<\/span><\/strong> from the date of issue;<\/li>
  • or the full refund<\/span><\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li><\/ul>

    Cancellation by the client<\/b><\/h3>

    If the customer wishes to cancel the reservation for any other reason:<\/p>

    • will be offered a voucher<\/span><\/strong> of equal value to the reservation, valid for 1 year<\/span><\/strong> from the date of issue;<\/li>

    • alternatively, if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled date, a partial refund of 50% of the amount paid will be granted.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Failure to Show (“No Show”)<\/b><\/h3>

      In case of no-show without prior notice, <\/span>the customer shall not be entitled to any refund or the issuance of a voucher.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

      Coupons<\/b><\/h3>
